CHAIN AND SPROCKET SET

The first thing I shall do is fit a new chain. I have a HRC3 chain, that is a DID factory chain made specifically for HRC, I also have a front sprocket that has one tooth less than stock, and a couple of rears that I will play around with. They are same as stock and larger, effectively lowering my gearing. It will make the bike accelerate much harder at the expense of drivability around town. It is already a monster in the mid range so I am curious as to how much it will change the way it drives off the corner…

WHEELS

I want to change the wheel colour. I have never been a fan of the gold wheels. I want white ones. I would like to get some Marchesinis but dont want to spend that money so im going to probably just get another rear and get them painted.

I have already got front in the garage and just waiting for a rear to come up on yahoo auction.

Tanaka san did all the painting on my race bikes, and was a good price and did a great job. See any of the photos of my old bikes, he also has a gallery on his page. I also have another racing mate that is a painter and he in the past said he would do them for a good price. but he is up in Tochigi… anyway got to find a rear wheel yet.

When i get photoshop ill get a pic up of how it should look!!

UNDERCOWL

The next mod I will be getting is this

These guys make a race undercowl that will fit into the  stock upper, so I am good to go to run slicks on track days without getting grief from overzealous motegi officials!!!

Based in Fukouka tencho is Yamashita san. I was quoted 35,000Y for a flat black one, single color painting +10,000yen, stickers + 10,000yen and 57,000y for a carbon fibre one . He is back ordered by two months as we speak, I knew this would be popular, I tried to get a shop to make them last year and they declined. Their loss!!

SHOCK??

Apart from that there isnt much else i want to do to this bike. I would like to get an Ohlins rear shock at some point but when im not sure…
