SBKJapan.com is a community project. The purpose of which is to forge a link between all motorcyclists in Japan and in turn link them to others with a similar passion in the global biking community. The purpose is not to focus on any particular aspect of motorcycles but rather cover all facets. Allowing for and supporting all interests, styles of motorcycles, riders and riding in Japan.
We will be setting up Blogs for riders to post their thoughts, trips and modifications to their bikes. Incorporating blogs from Racers, Tourers, Iron-Butters, Off-Roaders and those interested in classics American bikes.
We will be running a Shop that will specialize in importing overseas products for the Japanese market and provide a portal for foreign buyers to access top end parts that are Japanese produced.
We will have a Resource section, that will contain write ups and do-it-yourself videos to assist you in a variety of topics from user shaken, to maintenance and bike set up issues.
Other aspects of our resource section will include-
-- Tourers' Log, with ride reports covering a variety of terrains. With maps, links and other information to make your trip planning a breeze.
-- Racers' Corner, with information about tracks, bikes, local regulations, licence free track riding, local race rules and FAQs. Including maps, detailed track write ups, and videos. All from high level racers.
-- Do-It- Yourself, with helpful videos and write ups on bike maintenance, repair, and customizing. As well as write ups on all manner of bureaucratic issues like Shaken, Insurance and even import/export.
-- Photo and Videos, that will have pics from all over Japan. Covering riding and all the beauty that unfold once you hit the road!
We will have a Forum that will allow you to communicate with other like minded individuals, plan trips with other local riders, ask advice about local touring and post up ride reports.
So please, sign up today and become a part of our growing community that shares a passion for motorcycles in all their forms, shapes and sizes.
See you on the Road....
